Overview:InviewofournakedGroup’sgrowth,wearecurrentlyseekinganexperiencedanddynamicSeniorPurchasingManagerwhopridesthemselvesontheirabilitytodeliverwhilstprovidingcreativesolutionsforourprocurementrequirements.AsaSeniorPurchasingManager,youareresponsibleforfullgroupprocurementincludingallmattersrelatedtoconsumablesandequipment.Responsibilities:Inchargeofallprocurementactivitiesforthegroup;ManagesandcoordinatestheoveralloperationsoftheprocurementdepartmenttoensurethatallbusinessunitsandcorporateofficeundernakedGrouphaveadequatesuppliestoperformtheirdutiesinanefficientmanner,withintheparametersoftheoperationalbudgets.•Planandimplementactivitiesrelatedtothetimelyandcosteffectiveprocurement,inventorycontrol,procurementplanningandqualitycontrolofproductionrelatedrawmaterialsaswellasnon-productionrelatedmaterials.•Develop,implementandmaintainprocurementrelatedpolicies,procedures,materialcontrolsystemsandmetricstoreducecosts,streamlineproceduresandimplementsolutions.•Identifyandestablishsuppliers’relations;Maintainsuccessfulrelationshipswithmanufacturersandsuppliersonaregularbasistoensuretheavailabilityofmaterialsinthesupplychainasscheduledandthemaintenanceofinventoryatoptimumlevels.•Engageinnegotiationandadministrationofpricingagreementsandsuppliercontractsforoptimalterms.•Developthecompetenceofthestafftoworkinaprofessionalwayandachievethedepartmentalobjectives.•Establishperformancegoalsforallhis/hercolleagues,andmonitorperformanceonacontinualbasis.•AccountableforprocurementorderapprovalandmanagementofprocurementmoduleofUfida.Qualifications:Theidealcandidatewillbeabletohandlestressandworkunderpressureandbringalongstrongadministrativeskills,ananalyticalmind.Thispersonwillhaveahighlevelofself-motivation;developinnovativeoptionsinthebestinterestofthenakedGroupwhilepossessingthefollowingexperienceandcompetencies:•Atleast8yearsofexperienceinasimilarrolewithinthehospitality,leisure,retail,orotherrelatedindustry.•Businessacumenandstrongsourcingability.•Adaptabilityandcustomerfocus.•Familiarwithpurchasingmodulesystemandprocess•AgoodcommandofwrittenandspokenEnglishispreferredEducation/Certifications:•DegreeinBusiness/Procurementorcostcontrolorequivalentmajor.
